1. What are your hours?
8:30 TO 5:30 Monday thru Friday
9 to noon on Saturaday--we are closed on U of I home football games
2. How do I place on order?
You can place an order with email, FAX or in person.
3. Do you have my previous orders and engraving on file?
We have orders readily available going back 4 years.
4. Do you engrave items purchased elsewhere?
We charge a $5.00 set up fee plus engraving.
5. Do I recieve a proof?
We will submit a proof upon your request.
6. Can I get quote?
We will provide quotes upon request.
7. What if there are errors on my award?
If the error was our mistake we will gladly replace the itm. If the error is on your art we will work with you to correct it.
8. How much can I put on an award?
Each award has a different size area that is available for personalizing. By requesting a proof you can see what the award will look like with the requested amount of engraving.
9. Do you require a deposit?
Most orders are billed when picked up. However, on special requests and large orders we do charge a deposit.
